Refund Policy for GetProPaid
Effective Date: May 1, 2026
1. Free Trial
All paid plans (Solo and Agency) include a 7‑day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is required.
2. Paid Subscriptions (Monthly & Yearly)

Monthly plans: If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current month. You will retain access until the end of the billing period.

Yearly plans (20% discount): You may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date. After 14 days, no refunds are available for yearly subscriptions.
How to cancel: Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You can also email support@getpropaid.com.
3. Money‑Back Guarantee (First Payment Only)
If you are not satisfied with GetProPaid, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your very first paid subscription payment (not applicable for renewals). Contact support@getpropaid.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line.
4. Exceptions

No refunds for partial months or unused features.

No refunds for annual subscriptions after the 14‑day window (but you may continue using the Service until the end of the paid year).

No refunds for the Free plan (no payment collected).
5. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@getpropaid.com with:

Your account email address

Date of payment (if known)

Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)
We will process eligible refunds within 5‑10 business days to your original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first requesting a refund, your account may be suspended. Please contact us first – we will resolve most issues quickly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Material changes will be announced by email.
